Adding metadata

Adding metadata

Metadata is data that provides information about other data. It helps to describe, organize, and manage the data, making it easier to retrieve, use, or analyze. Essentially, metadata provides context and details that enhance the understanding and utilization of the primary data.

Two types of metadata

Personal metadata allows you to customize elements like invitations or follow-ups, such as for Closed Loop Feedback (CLF). You can choose to hide certain metadata fields if they are not necessary for reporting, this metadata field will no longer be available as a filter in reports.

Contextual metadata is primarily valuable for analyzing reports and gaining insights after data collection. It helps you understand the context behind the feedback, leading to more informed decision-making.
