Response ruling

Response ruling

Constantly archiving, validating and rejecting responses can be a tedious job. To make this easier, we are introducing automated response handling.

Automated Response Handling is a handy set of rules that automatically manages the approval, rejection, or archiving of reviews, saving you time! The rules are fully customizable per survey and can be applied to multiple surveys simultaneously. You can use these rules for 10 different types of conditions.

Publishing conditions

For reviews to be published, two conditions must be met:

  • An active connection between your platform and Insocial must be established.

  • An active response rule must be configured to enable automatic publishing.

TIP: Save yourself some time by auto-approving low-risk responses, by using the conditions:

  • positive (score >= 6)

  • and does not have a testimonial

Instructions

  1. Go to your ‘Inbox’ in the menu items.

  2. Create a new ‘automated reponse rule’ by clicking the black button in the top right corner.

  3. Click on ‘create new rule’ and fill in the the form.
