Easily organize your inbox and quickly find specific responses with Insocial's tagging feature!

Tagging responses is a convenient way to manage your inbox by labeling feedback with tags, preventing clutter from high volumes of responses. These tags enable quick filtering, saving you time and ensuring efficient organization of your survey results. Once filtered, you can easily export these labeled responses as an Excel file.

Instructions

Organizing your inbox manually can be time-consuming since you have to read all the responses one by one. However, you can set up automatic response ruling, which performs actions based on specific response criteria. This saves you time, as you no longer need to read all responses individually.

Another way is by using filters to sort responses based on specific criteria. You can then archive, delete, or favorite these filtered responses and label them accordingly by using tags.

The filters can be found on the left-side of the screen.

  1. On the Inbox page click on the desired response you wish to add a tag to.

  2. Look for ‘Response labels’ on the details page.

Click on the ‘+ add label’ button to add a label to the response.

  1. Select an existing label or create a new one by entering a new name and clicking the '+' button.
