Scheduled report

Set up automated sending of the PDF version of a report and schedule reports based on specified criteria, or send the PDF version of the report only once.

Manually

Manually send a PDF version of a report will, as expected, send a PDF file once by clicking the image-20240712-113626.png-button (this button can be found in the top-right corner).

Automated schedule

By setting up an automated report scheduler, recipients will receive a PDF version of the report at your specified interval (e.g. every day / every week / every month). This could be done by clicking the image-20240712-114211.png-button.

Instructions

  1. In the menubar, select “Reporting”.

  2. Click on a report.

  3. Select the desired filters (e.g. set filter ‘Date’ on ‘Last 7 Days’).

  4. Click on the image-20240712-113626.png-button at the top-right corner.

  5. Check your email inbox.

  3. Select the desired filters (e.g. set filter ‘Date’ on ‘Last Month’).

  5. Create a new report scheduler by clicking on the image-20240712-115150.png-button.

  6. Enter a report name.

  7. Enter the recipients (Insocial users) or manually add email addresses.

  8. Click “Next” at the bottom-right corner to proceed.

  9. Fill in the schedule interval form and click “Next” at the bottom-right corner.

  10. Double-check the schedule settings and click “Finish” if everything is set up correctly.

Before editing existing report schedulers, ensure that you have activated the correct filters to generate the desired results.

  1. Click on the image-20240712-114211.png-button at the top-right corner.

  2. Click on the image-20240913-082856.png-icon of the report scheduler your wish to edit and click “Edit schedule”.

  3. Go through each step of the process and make the necessary changes as needed to meet your requirements.

  4. Click “Finish” to save the changes.
