Create invite jobs

Create invite jobs quickly by uploading a .csv file.

Invite jobs are applicable for the following channels: E-mail, SMS, Email/SMS, WhatsApp and WhatsApp in channel.

Before proceeding, ensure that the metadata fields in your client base file match those configured on our platform. If they do not align, the data will not be displayed or stored correctly in the platform.

Requirements & important information

To ensure that Insocial can read the Excel file correctly, we have created an example file with the proper format. You can download it by clicking the-button located in the top-right corner.

Below, we have provided a snippet of the Excel file with the correct format for your reference:

Password protection

Ensure that your excel file is not password protected, as Insocial will not be able to read the file if it is.

Processing files

Please note that only the first tab of an Excel file will be processed. Ensure that all necessary information is placed on the first tab to avoid any omissions.

Hiding rows and columns

Hidden rows and columns in the excel file will be processed. Please double check if you’ve configured your excel data properly.

Instructions

In the menu navigate to ‘Invites & channels’.
Click on the -button in the top-right corner.
Select the desired channel via the dropdown selector and select your contact list.
Select the survey, rules (you can overwrite rules you’ve created on the ruling page. The rules you create here will only apply on this invite job) and E-mail template.
Fill in the following entry fields to your needs

Additionally set the following toggle boxes according to your needs.

Send images as attachments.
Send more than one invitation per day.
Anonymize respondents emails.

Next click on the -button.
Confirm the invite jobslist and summary and click on the -button on the right-hand side.
