User management

User management

On the β€œUser managament” page you can create new users for your environment, or set or edit the roles of existing users in your environment.

User management is used to create new users within your environment so that they can work in this space. Besides creating new users, you can also set their roles. There are three different user types, each one of these user types have different roles and permissions.

The maximum number of users is determined by your contract. Exceeding this limit will incur additional costs.

Three user types

A Key user is the admin who manages the Insocial platform on behalf of a customer. This user has read and write access to all functionalities and settings. This includes managing survey processes, user management, data retention, and more.

A Regular user has the permission to read, write, and delete. These users can build reports, manage responses, edit surveys, templates, rules and similar activities. This also means that this user type has the authority to affect the input data, which in turn impacts the outcomes.

A Reporting user has read access to the inbox, allowing them to view data, and to receive notifications and PDF-reports.
