Different reporting types

Standard reports are reports that users create themselves, offering flexibility and ease of customization. These reports allow users to tailor the content, format, and data according to their specific needs and preferences.

Here you’ll find a collection of customized reports that have been specifically created by Insocial in response to user requests. These reports are tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of each user, providing insights and data in a format that best suits their requirements.

If you require a customized report created by Insocial, please note that this service comes with additional costs.

These reports are exclusive to a single team member, ensuring that only the designated individual has access to view them. These personalized reports can be easily created by duplicating an existing report and then modifying it to meet the specific needs of that team member.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to ‘Surveys’ in the menu.

  2. Next, either edit an existing survey or create an new one until you reach the step where you need to select the report type.

  1. Select the desired report type, then click ‘Finish survey’ to complete the process.

  2. The report is being generated, but it may take a few minutes to complete.

The report data will automatically update every day.
