The Open Feedback tool provides comprehensive open-ended collection of feedback from respondents. While the feedback is straightforward and self-explanatory, this tool offers valuable insights that may not be immediately apparent. Additionally, it reveals supplementary information that could be beyond the scope of your original survey design, offering perspectives you may not have initially considered.

Every Experience that is available to you has its own open feedback dashboard. This means you can analyse how your brand, customers, service or employees are perceived. We’ll dive deeper into every experience below.

Instructions

  1. Select one of the four experiences – Brand, Customer, Service, or Employee – under ‘Insights’.

  2. Navigate to the Open Feedback section in the menu.

  3. Apply the relevant filters to display feedback that meets your specific criteria.

The filters look like this and can be found on the top of the dashboard.
