Closed loop feedback - Rules

Closed loop feedback - Rules

Send notifications/alerts when a certain answer or score is given. If you really want to take this to the next level automatically assign responses to the corresponding departement within your organisation based on metadata in the responses.

Information

When setting up a rule, you can choose between different source types:

The source type can be either static (To field) or dynamic (In metadata field).

E.g. If score is below 6 and (optional) if metadata field equals “User”, send an e-mail to User.

A static rule can be set up as shown in the example above. This will always send the email to the email address entered in the value field (e.g. example@insocial.nl).

Please note: if you want the email to be sent to the corresponding team member, you’ll need to configure a dynamic CLF rule instead.

A dynamic rule is set up as shown in the example above. Select “In metadata field” as the source option. This allows you to choose “Assignee email” as the recipient address to which the email will be sent.
