Information

Get the best out of Closed Loop Feedback by creating new and multiple CLF templates. Use a “Well done” template to recognize agents for great performance, or create a “We received a low score” email templates to follow up on negative feedback.

We’ve also added a button in the CLF email, making it possible to record the status and add a note directly in the platform from the email.

Instructions

Let’s create a new Closed Loop Feedback template.

  1. Start by navigating to Menu > Closed Loop Feedback > Templates

  2. Click on the image-20250723-104855.png-button in the top right corner to create a new email template.

  1. Now you should see the form depicted above. Enter a template name, select a language, enter an e-mail subject, sender e-mail address and finally the email-type.

    1. E-mail type: Closed loop feedback rule (this will create a template or the Closed Loop Feedback rules) or reaction to respondent (this will create a template as a reaction to a respondents email).

  2. Optional: enter metadata fields along with their values.
